How to file a dispute

  2. Find the order and click Open Dispute
  3. Describe the issue and upload any photos as evidence
  4. Our team will review within 48 hours
  5. If unresolved, PayPal's dispute resolution takes over automatically

Disputes must be opened within 30 days of purchase. After you confirm delivery, the transaction is considered final.
